If you’d like to seek reimbursement, we’re happy to provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company to apply toward your out-of-network benefits.

Initial Evaluation

(In-Person or Virtual)

Your first visit is a comprehensive evaluation of your injury or concern. The goal is to understand what’s driving your symptoms, set clear recovery goals, and create a personalized plan to get you moving forward.

During this session, we will:

Review your medical history, symptoms, and goals
Perform a detailed movement and strength assessment
Provide an initial diagnosis and explain what’s contributing to your pain or dysfunction
Begin treatment right away when appropriate (hands-on care and/or exercise)
Create and review a personalized program on Day 1

Before you leave, you’ll receive a structured plan that outlines:

What was assessed and treated during your visit
Your recovery plan and what to expect moving forward
A customized home exercise program
Next steps and progression for upcoming sessions

You’ll leave your first visit with clarity, confidence, and a clear roadmap to start your recovery.

Follow-Up

(In-Person or Virtual)

Sessions may include:

Hands-on treatment (in-person) to reduce pain and improve mobility
Progressive exercise training to build strength, stability, and endurance
Guided movement coaching with real-time feedback to improve form and prevent setbacks
Education on symptom management, activity modification, and safe return to sport, work, or daily life

Every session builds on your progress and is adjusted based on your response to treatment and recovery goals.

Virtual follow-ups allow you to stay consistent with your rehab from home or while traveling, eliminating commute time while maintaining high-quality coaching, accountability, and progression.

Whether in person or virtual, each follow-up is designed to keep you moving forward efficiently and safely.

Wellness Maintenance

(In-Person or Virtual)

Wellness sessions are designed for individuals who have already completed their rehab or want ongoing support to stay active, healthy, and performing at their best. Unlike follow-ups, these visits are not for active injury rehab—they are focused on long-term wellness and prevention.

These sessions may include:

Mobility and flexibility work to keep your body moving freely
Strength training programs tailored to your lifestyle and goals
Posture or movement coaching to reduce everyday aches and stress
Injury prevention strategies to help you stay active and confident

Think of this as a “tune-up” for your body—helping you maintain progress, prevent setbacks, and stay ahead of potential issues before they become injuries.
